Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan expressed strong confidence on Friday that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will secure victories in the upcoming assembly elections in both Jammu and Kashmir and Haryana. Chouhan noted the positive atmosphere in Haryana, indicating that BJP's prospects look promising.
In Jharkhand, though elections have not yet been declared, BJP's 'Parivartan Yatra' is receiving significant public support, Chouhan reported. He believes the party's ongoing efforts will translate into electoral success, even in states where polls are not immediately on the horizon.
On the agricultural front, Chouhan highlighted recent decisions made by the Union cabinet under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership. These initiatives include the National Mission on Edible Oils-Oilseeds, which aims to make India more self-sufficient by bolstering domestic oilseed production. Additional funding through the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana will also support millions of farmers across the nation.
