Anurag Thakur, a prominent BJP figure, has intensified attacks on Congress in the run-up to Haryana's state elections, focusing his criticism on Robert Vadra, Congress leader Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law.
Thakur accused the Congress of exploiting Dalits and collaborating with drug mafias, urging the electorate to vote for BJP for a third term. He alleged that under Congress' rule, no efforts were made to eradicate drugs from the state.
In support, Prime Minister Modi reinforced the BJP's stronghold by asserting that the state's voters will reject Congress' politics. Stating that Haryana's voters will not endorse 'divisive and negative politics,' Modi expressed confidence in BJP's electoral success.
