BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad has called on the people of Haryana to decide between the BJP's decade-long governance focused on development and the Congress's past tenure, which he claims was marred by scams and corruption.

Prasad took aim at former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda, labeling the Congress' state unit as "Hooda Congress," and accused the party of favouritism and a history of controversial land deals.

The BJP leader contrasted the economic growth in Gurugram under BJP's rule with the industrial unrest during Hooda's leadership, spotlighting Gurugram's IT and automobile manufacturing sectors as symbols of progress.
