Donald Trump, the Republican presidential candidate, announced on Monday that he has spoken with billionaire Elon Musk regarding the deployment of Starlink internet services to areas devastated by Hurricane Helene.
The hurricane has wreaked havoc across the U.S. Southeast, resulting in over 100 fatalities across six states. Trump disclosed these discussions during a speech in Georgia.
Elon Musk has publicly endorsed the former president for the forthcoming Nov. 5 elections, where Trump will be competing against Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris.
