In a startling revelation, BJP MP Lahar Singh Siroya has accused former Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah's administration of illegally denotifying 325.46 acres in Arkavathy Layout, Bangalore, flouting Supreme Court guidelines. The accusations arise from the findings of the Justice Kempanna Commission, a body constituted to investigate these claims.

Siroya noted that the Commission's report details extensive illegalities during Siddaramaiah's first term (2013-2018), revealing that nearly 325.62 acres of land were denotified in clear violation of established legal protocols. The MP further hinted at monetary discrepancies amounting to several thousand crores, describing it as an emerging mega scam.

Amid growing political turbulence, Siroya also called for immediate action, including the filing of an FIR and a thorough investigation by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). The BJP has demanded Siddaramaiah's resignation, yet the former Chief Minister has staunchly denied the allegations, attributing the claims to political vendetta.
