Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Monday accused the Jharkhand government of rampant corruption, urging the electorate to vote for the BJP to safeguard the state's natural resources and ensure development.
Speaking at the BJP's 'Parivartan Yatra' in Dumka district, Yadav charged the JMM-led coalition with spreading falsehoods and misleading the public. The yatra, which was launched by Union Home Minister Amit Shah, aims to reach out to people across 5,400 kilometers in 81 assembly segments before the upcoming polls.
The Madhya Pradesh CM emphasized the need to oust the current alliance and bring the BJP to power to protect Jharkhand's water, forests, and land. He accused the JMM and Congress of involvement in various scams amounting to crores and asserted that those involved in corruption would face jail time under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's regime.
Yadav further highlighted the threat posed by "Bangladeshi and Rohingya infiltrators" and criticized the ruling parties for the declining percentage of the tribal population in Jharkhand, accusing them of neglecting tribal development despite their promises.
