Tripura Governor Nallu Takes Charge in Mizoram Amid Kambhampati's Health Hiatus

Tripura Governor Indra Sena Reddy Nallu has taken temporary charge as the Governor of Mizoram, filling in for Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati who is on medical leave. Nallu arrived in Aizawl on Sunday and was warmly received by state officials. His swearing-in ceremony is scheduled for Monday at Raj Bhavan.

Tripura Governor Indra Sena Reddy Nallu arrived in Aizawl on Sunday, officially taking on additional responsibilities as the Governor of Mizoram, according to an official statement.

Nallu's arrival at Lengpui Airport was met with a warm reception from Chief Minister Lalduhoma, Assembly Speaker Lalbiakzama, Home Minister K Sapdanga, and other officials.

The swearing-in ceremony is set for Monday at Raj Bhavan at 10 am, following a notification by President Droupadi Murmu last week. Nallu is stepping in during the absence of incumbent Governor Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati, who is on leave due to health issues.
