Former President Donald Trump leveled sharp criticism at Vice President Kamala Harris on Thursday, just before her scheduled visit to the US-Mexico border on Friday. Trump attributed the current border crisis, which he deems the worst in history, squarely to Harris's policies and inaction.

Addressing reporters in New York, Trump stated, "For nearly four years, we have been living through the worst border crisis in the history of the world." He accused Harris of dismantling effective border policies enacted during his administration.

Meanwhile, at a campaign rally in Pennsylvania, Harris rebuked Trump, labeling him an unserious leader and warning of the dire consequences of his potential re-election. She highlighted Project 2025, alleging it would cut social security and Medicare, among other critical services.
