The two countries are maintaining open dialogues to reach a mutually acceptable resolution in the near future.
Guided by their respective leaders, China and India have leveraged diplomatic and military channels, including discussions between their foreign ministers and national security advisors. Zhang Xiaogang, a spokesperson for China's Ministry of National Defence, confirmed that both nations aim to accommodate each other's legitimate concerns.
Recent talks have focused on resolving issues in specific areas such as Demchok and Depsang. While progress has been made, Chinese officials emphasized the ongoing efforts to consolidate these outcomes and respect bilateral agreements to maintain peace along the border.
