BJP President and Union Minister JP Nadda launched a scathing attack on the Congress party during a meeting in Odisha on Thursday. Nadda labeled Congress the 'spokesperson of urban naxals' and accused it of fostering disintegrative forces in the country.
During the address, Nadda condemned the Congress for opposing Article 370's abrogation and the abolition of the triple talaq system. He emphasized that while the Congress operates in isolation, the BJP promotes unity under Prime Minister Modi's visionary leadership and the mantra of 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas.'
Nadda lauded the BJP as the only true national party with a democratic foundation, highlighting its 18 crore membership which is renewed every six years. He noted that even top leaders, including PM Modi, re-register for membership, proving the party's commitment to democratic principles. Upon his arrival in the state capital, Nadda was warmly received by the Odisha BJP contingent, including Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi and state BJP president Manmohan Samal.
