Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump announced on Tuesday that he would provide tax incentives to U.S.-based manufacturers if he becomes president.
Trump outlined his plans during a speech in Georgia, promising expanded research and development tax credits and the ability to write off the cost of heavy machinery in the first year.
The former president is set to face off against Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris in the upcoming Nov. 5 U.S. elections.
