Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath highlighted the pivotal role of the OBC community in state development schemes like 'One District, One Product' and Vishwakarma Shram Samman on Tuesday.

Speaking at a special meeting with officials from the Uttar Pradesh State Commission for Backward Classes, Adityanath noted the community's significant gains from government initiatives and constitutional provisions such as reservation. He stressed the need for proactive communication of these efforts during district visits.

Adityanath pointed out the substantial increase in government job selection for OBC youth compared to previous administrations and called for the Commission to adopt public-friendly activities to further integrate the community into the national mainstream. Emphasizing the youth's talent, he urged the formulation of action plans to showcase and nurture their potential.
