Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is set to campaign in Haryana on Thursday, ahead of the Assembly polls. He will address rallies in Karnal and Hisar districts to support party candidates.
In Karnal's Assandh, Gandhi will rally for Shamsher Singh Gogi, who is seeking re-election. Later, Gandhi will address a rally in Barwala, Hisar for former MLA Ramniwas Ghorela.
Last week, Gandhi visited a village in Karnal to meet the family of a young man injured in a road accident abroad. The family said Gandhi met the injured youth, Amit, during his recent US visit. Haryana's 90-member Assembly will vote on October 5, with results announced on October 8.
