Union Minister Amit Shah on Monday launched a scathing attack on the Congress, branding it as an ''anti-Dalit'' party and alleging that it ''insulted'' prominent Dalit leaders such as Kumari Selja and Ashok Tanwar.
Targeting Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for his comments on reservation, Shah asserted, ''If anyone can protect the quota system, it is only Prime Minister Narendra Modi.''
Shah was addressing a poll rally at Tohana ahead of the October 5 Haryana Assembly elections. Urging support, he emphasized the BJP's commitment to transparent governance, contrasting it with the alleged corruption and favoritism of previous Congress administrations.
