Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched a sharp critique on the Congress during his Sunday rallies in Haryana, comparing the party's structure to the once-dilapidated Babri mosque in Ayodhya. He urged the electorate to shun caste politics and throw their support behind BJP for accelerated growth in the state.
Speaking at rallies in Narwana, Rai, and Assandh, Adityanath accused both the Congress and Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) of engaging in dynastic politics. He didn't spare AAP or BSP, pointing out that BSP is contesting in alliance with INLD. He revisited historical grievances, including the 1984 anti-Sikh riots and Congress's stance on Article 370.
Adityanath emphasized how UP has transformed under BJP rule, eliminating riots and advancing development. He alleged Congress's failure to act against atrocities on Hindus in Bangladesh, accusing the party of prioritizing vote bank politics over national interest. With Assembly polls slated for October 5, his rhetoric underscores the fight for Haryana's political landscape.
