Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Saturday lambasted Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren, labeling him as the 'most corrupt CM', alleging that he has compromised India's democratic practices.

Addressing a rally to flag off BJP's 'Parivartan Yatra' in Itkhori, Singh asserted the need to remove Soren from power and vote for the BJP in the forthcoming state elections. Singh claimed no BJP chief ministers in the state have faced corruption charges.

Singh also took aim at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, accusing him of tarnishing India's image internationally and trying to provoke the Sikh community. He criticized the ruling coalition in Jharkhand and accused the state government of patronizing infiltrators. Singh highlighted numerous developmental initiatives undertaken by the BJP central government, stressing the need for 'one nation, one election.'
