Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday accused some individuals of harboring hate and negativity, aiming to destroy India's unity and integrity. His comments came in response to controversial remarks made by Congress MP Rahul Gandhi during his US visit.
During his first visit to his home state Gujarat since taking office for a third term on June 9, Modi laid foundation stones and inaugurated projects worth Rs 8,000 crore, including the Bhuj-Ahmedabad Namo Bharat Rapid Rail and five Vande Bharat express trains.
Addressing a public gathering, Modi stated that the opposition would cross any limits for political gain. He expressed disappointment at being mocked by the opposition in the initial 100 days of his third term but emphasized his focus on development. Meanwhile, Modi interacted with solar energy project beneficiaries and chaired a meeting of the Shree Somnath Trust in Gandhinagar.
