New Congress members Vinesh Phogat and Bajrang Punia, known for their roles in the wrestlers' protest, are also on the campaign trail. Other notable figures include Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu and State unit chief Udai Bhan.
The ruling BJP aims to secure a third consecutive victory but faces stiff opposition from a resurgent Congress looking to capitalize on anti-incumbency sentiments.
