AAP Releases Sixth Candidate List for Haryana Assembly Polls

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has announced 19 more candidates for the Haryana Assembly polls, including senior leader Prem Garg from Panchkula. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Thursday revealed the names of 19 additional candidates in its sixth list for the upcoming Haryana Assembly elections, with senior leader Prem Garg chosen to contest from Panchkula.

This new list includes candidates for constituencies such as Kalka, Ambala City, Mulana, Shahabad, Pehowa, Guhla, Panipat, Jind, Fatehabad, Ellenabad, Nalwa, Loharu, Badhra, Dadri, Bawani Khera, Kosli, Faridabad NIT, and Badhkal. Notably, Manish Arora has been named for Ellenabad, pitting him against INLD's senior leader Abhay Singh Chautala.

Earlier, AAP announced 70 candidates for the polls, and the latest list comes right after releasing 30 names on Wednesday. Elections for the 90-member Haryana Assembly are set for October 5, with the nomination deadline on September 12. AAP contested 46 seats in the 2019 polls but did not secure any victories.
