The ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) late Wednesday unveiled its third and final list of candidates for the Haryana Assembly elections, withholding a ticket from its senior leader Ram Bilas Sharma for the Mahendragarh constituency.

The list, featuring Kanwar Singh Yadav from Mahendragarh, comes as Sharma pre-emptively filed his nomination papers earlier in the day. From other key constituencies, the party named Rohtash Jangra for Sirsa and Satish Fagna for Faridabad NIT.

This release finalizes the BJP's lineup for all 90 assembly seats, marking a significant moment as the party gears up for the October 5 polls, hoping to secure a third consecutive term amidst internal disagreements and intense opposition from a revitalized Congress.
