Russia has issued a stern warning, stating it will view the United States and its allies as active participants in the Ukraine conflict if the West permits Ukraine to use long-range weapons for strikes within Russian territory.

Vyacheslav Volodin, the speaker of Russia's Duma, communicated the message on Wednesday via Telegram, emphasizing, "Washington and other European states are becoming parties to the war in Ukraine."

President Joe Biden revealed on Tuesday that his administration is currently deliberating on lifting those restrictions, indicating a complex and evolving situation.
