Vyacheslav Volodin, the speaker of Russia's Duma, communicated the message on Wednesday via Telegram, emphasizing, "Washington and other European states are becoming parties to the war in Ukraine."
President Joe Biden revealed on Tuesday that his administration is currently deliberating on lifting those restrictions, indicating a complex and evolving situation.
