In a concerning incident in Nagpur, police have arrested Arjun Hawre, the driver of a luxury Audi car owned by Maharashtra BJP chief Chandrashekhar Bawankule's son, after it collided with several vehicles.
The car, registered under the name of Bawankule's son Sanket, hit multiple vehicles in the Ramdaspeth area on Monday, injuring two youths. Police have confirmed that Hawre has been released on bail, while investigations continue.
Senior BJP leader Chandrashekhar Bawankule has urged for an impartial police investigation, ensuring that those found guilty face appropriate consequences. The investigation will also look into other occupants who reportedly fled the scene.
