Michigan Supreme Court Keeps Kennedy's Name on Ballot
The Michigan Supreme Court has ruled that Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s name will remain on the state's ballots for the Nov. 5 election, despite his request to be removed. Kennedy had withdrawn from the presidential race and endorsed Donald Trump. The decision may impact Trump in swing states like Michigan.

In a significant ruling, the Michigan Supreme Court announced on Monday that Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s name will continue to appear on the state's ballots for the upcoming November 5 election, despite his request for removal.
Kennedy had exited the presidential race last month and endorsed Republican nominee and former President Donald Trump, who is contending with Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris. He aimed to remove his name from ballots in key swing states, including Michigan and Arizona, to prevent splitting the vote and potentially disadvantaging Trump.
The state Supreme Court's decision reverses a previous ruling by the Court of Appeals, which had permitted the withdrawal of Kennedy's name from the ballot.
