Vice President Kamala Harris is set to embark on a four-day campaign tour through major swing states following her debate with former President Donald Trump. Dubbed the 'New Way Forward' tour, it aims to engage voters through diverse activities including television spots, rallies, and canvassing events.

The tour will wrap up at the start of Hispanic Heritage Month on September 15. With the race against Trump in a tight phase, Harris' campaign feels it has the opportunity to persuade voters before intensifying focus on turnout as early voting begins ahead of the November 5 election.

In response, Trump has been ramping up his outreach efforts through rallies and interviews. Michael Tyler, the Harris campaign's communications director, emphasized the importance of reaching voters across various platforms. Meanwhile, Harris will campaign in several states, with her running mate and their spouses covering other key regions. New TV ads highlighting her plans for middle-class tax cuts, drug price limits, and the housing crisis will also be aired, part of a USD 370 million media investment tailored by state.
