Union minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has accused the Hemant Soren-led government of holding the excise constable recruitment drive for electoral gain, resulting in 12 deaths.
While inspecting preparations for the upcoming assembly polls, Chouhan criticized the government's decision to make candidates run 10 km, which he says led to tragic fatalities.
