Nepal PM Oli Advocates Open Dialogue to Resolve India Tensions
Nepal's Prime Minister K.P. Sharma Oli emphasized the need for open dialogue and warm-heartedness to resolve the few existing issues between Nepal and India. Speaking at a book launch, Oli highlighted the importance of bilateral discussions and consensus on common resources. He also addressed the geopolitical complexities influencing the bilateral relationship.

Nepal's Prime Minister K.P. Sharma Oli emphasized on Saturday that the existing issues between Nepal and India could be resolved through open dialogue and warm-heartedness.
Speaking at the launch of former administrator Surya Nath Upadhyay's book 'International Watercourses Law: A Perspective on Nepal-India Cooperation,' Oli said, "There exist few problems, not many, between Nepal and India, and they can be resolved if we maintain a warm heart and open dialogue."
Oli stressed the importance of bilateral discussions, stating that India's rich cultural relationship with Nepal ought to foster open dialogue rather than geopolitical blame. He urged a consensus-based approach in dealing with common resources.
