National Conference leader Omar Abdullah on Saturday alleged that the BJP has ''struck a deal'' with some regional parties and independent candidates to form a government in Jammu and Kashmir.
Addressing an election rally in Ganderbal, Abdullah noted that Union Home Minister Amit Shah, during his manifesto launch, omitted mention of Apni Party and People's Conference. ''Those who have struck a deal with Delhi will not fulfill your demands,'' he stated.
Abdullah, contesting in Ganderbal and Budgam, also claimed jailed political opponents are specifically running against him, hinting at a conspiracy by the central government. He emphasized his work in Ganderbal and challenged critics to compare achievements.
