Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and Gen. C.Q. Brown will lead the session at Ramstein Air Force Base with the Ukraine Defence Contact Group, comprising military leaders from over 50 countries that have been aiding Ukraine since the Russian invasion in February 2022.

The group's priorities also include mobilizing the defence industrial bases of allies for sustained support to Kyiv. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has urged for more robust air defences and fewer restrictions on US-provided munitions. The meeting follows Russia's recent attack on a military academy in Ukraine, highlighting the urgent need for effective defensive measures.
