Tyagi Vows Loyalty to Nitish Kumar, Comments on Modi Government's Stability

KC Tyagi, a veteran leader from Janata Dal (United), has reaffirmed his unwavering support for Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, praising his leadership skills and dedication to good governance. Tyagi emphasized that there is no leader comparable to Kumar in India's political landscape.

In a candid conversation with PTI editors, Tyagi dismissed any threats to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's coalition, stating it will easily last its full term. He also addressed his controversial views on the Israel-Hamas conflict and upper echelons government roles, asserting they align with the party's principles and historical positions.

Despite stepping down as JD(U) spokesperson, Tyagi reiterated his loyalty to the party and Kumar, underlining that he will continue in his capacity as a political advisor. He praised the Congress for emerging as strong opposition in the Lok Sabha elections and ruled out the viability of any Third Front in India's current political climate.
