The campaign emphasizes the pivotal role of the 4.5 million-strong Indian-American community, particularly in key swing states like Florida, Georgia, Arizona, Virginia, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. FIIDS suggests that the Indo-American vote could be decisive in crucial races.

A comprehensive survey will collect Indian-Americans' views on both domestic and global policy issues. Khanderao Kand, FIIDS's chief of policy and strategy, stated that this initiative seeks to ensure that both the Republican and Democratic parties take Indo-American policy issues seriously. The goal is to register over a million Indian-American voters for the upcoming elections.
