UDF Protest Against Left Government Over Justice Hema Committee Report and 'Kafir' Screenshot Controversy
The Congress-led UDF will protest in front of the Secretariat against the Left government for allegedly protecting culprits identified in the Justice Hema Committee report on the exploitation of women in the film industry. They will also protest against the alleged protection given to those who created a controversial 'kafir' screenshot during the recent Lok Sabha polls.

The Congress-led United Democratic Front (UDF) announced a protest in front of the Secretariat on Monday, accusing the Left government of shielding individuals implicated in the Justice K Hema Committee report.
Also, the UDF will target the Pinarayi Vijayan government for allegedly protecting those responsible for a controversial 'kafir' screenshot circulated in Vadakara during the last Lok Sabha elections.
Leader of Opposition V D Satheesan will inaugurate the protest on September 2, joined by other prominent UDF leaders. The protest highlights accusations that the government is ignoring revelations of exploitation within the film industry.
