Ruby Freeman and her daughter Wandrea' "Shaye" Moss, former Georgia election workers, have initiated a civil lawsuit against Rudolph Giuliani. This follows their $148 million judgment win against him. The lawsuit seeks to enforce a lien on his Palm Beach, Florida, condominium.

Freeman and Moss allege that Giuliani falsely declared the condominium as his primary residence. According to them, Giuliani aimed to utilize Florida's homestead law, which protects a person's primary residence from judicial seizures, to safeguard a multimillion-dollar asset. They argue Giuliani has mainly resided elsewhere since the declaration on July 13.

A representative for Giuliani has not yet commented on the situation. In December, a Washington jury ordered Giuliani to pay $148 million to Freeman and Moss, asserting he defamed them and damaged their reputations by falsely claiming they attempted to help steal the 2020 U.S. presidential election for Joe Biden.
