Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav on Wednesday criticized the Yogi Adityanath government over the controversial deaths of two Dalit girls in Farukhabad and a brazen robbery at a jeweller's shop in Sultanpur, alleging that the BJP administration is marred by corruption and crime.
Yadav announced that his party would send a delegation to Farukhabad to demand justice and offer condolences. 'The BJP's silence on the suspicious deaths of the girls is deeply troubling,' Yadav stated, attributing the government's inaction to its alleged anti-women and anti-Dalit attitudes.
Highlighting the recent robbery in Sultanpur, where armed thieves looted a jewelry shop, Yadav remarked, 'The daylight robbery underlines the lawlessness prevailing under BJP rule.'' He further criticized the BJP for being embroiled in internal conflicts, leading to ineffective governance.
