Veteran politician and former Karnataka Chief Minister S M Krishna has been discharged from a private hospital in Bengaluru, where he was treated for respiratory issues. The 92-year-old, who served as India's External Affairs Minister and Maharashtra Governor, received coordinated care from Dr. Satyanarayana Mysore and the critical care team at Manipal Hospital.

Veteran politician and former Karnataka Chief Minister S M Krishna was released from a private hospital in Bengaluru on Wednesday after being treated for respiratory issues.

S M Krishna, who also served as India's External Affairs Minister and Maharashtra Governor, had been under the care of Dr. Satyanarayana Mysore and the critical care team at Manipal Hospital for several months.

The coordinated effort of the medical team and the patient's determination have led to his discharge. Manipal Hospital extended their wishes for his speedy recovery and further recuperation at home.
