Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's Judicial Custody Extended in Excise Scam
A Delhi court has extended Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's judicial custody in a corruption case related to the alleged excise scam till September 3. The extension came after he appeared via video conference. The court is now considering a supplementary charge sheet filed by the CBI.

A Delhi court has extended the judicial custody of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in connection with an alleged excise scam until September 3.
Special Judge Kaveri Baweja extended the custody after Kejriwal appeared before the court through video conference, following the expiry of his previous judicial custody term.
The court is currently deliberating on whether to take cognisance of a supplementary charge sheet filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) against the Chief Minister.
