In a social media post on X, Modi disclosed that the dialogue also included strategies to enhance the Special and Privileged Strategic Partnership between India and Russia. He stated, 'Exchanged perspectives on the Russia-Ukraine conflict and my insights from the recent visit to Ukraine. Reiterated India's firm commitment to support an early, abiding and peaceful resolution of the conflict.'
Just a day prior, Modi had briefed US President Joe Biden about his Ukraine visit, emphasizing India's support for the return of peace in the region through dialogue and diplomatic efforts.
