The BJP Central Election Committee will convene on Thursday, August 29, in New Delhi to finalize candidates for the Haryana Assembly elections. The meeting will be chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and National President JP Nadda.

Key attendees include Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Organisation General Secretary BL Santosh, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, former Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, and State President Mohanlal Badoli. The committee will deliberate over 90 seats.

Voting for these seats is scheduled for October 1, with results to be declared on October 4. Chief Minister Saini has expressed confidence in the BJP securing a third consecutive term, emphasizing ongoing public support and a commitment to progress.
