The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has leveled serious accusations against the BJP and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), alleging a conspiracy to keep Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal imprisoned in an excise policy case.
Senior AAP figures, including Manish Sisodia and Atishi, claim that the CBI purposely delayed filing its reply to Kejriwal's bail plea in the Supreme Court, while simultaneously leaking the information to newspapers to skew public perception.
At a press conference, AAP leaders continued to challenge the integrity of the BJP and CBI, asserting that despite these alleged conspiracies, the truth would eventually prevail. The Supreme Court has postponed the bail hearing to September 5, as the CBI requested additional time to file their affidavit.
