Senior AAP leader Manish Sisodia visited the Sultanpur Majra constituency on Wednesday during his 'Padyatra' campaign, where he interacted with residents despite facing protests from a group showing black flags and raising slogans.

The Delhi BJP media department claimed the protesters were party workers objecting to Sisodia's visit, citing his involvement in the excise policy case. Sisodia was recently granted bail after spending 17 months in jail.

During his interaction, Sisodia criticized BJP for jailing AAP leaders on false charges to obstruct Delhi's development. He reassured locals that Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal would soon resume the city's progress at full speed, underscoring achievements like free electricity and improved public services.
