The Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) declared on Tuesday that it aligns with the Central Government's stance regarding the current situation in Bangladesh.
In a post on X, BSP chief Mayawati underscored the significance of political unity amid escalating tensions in the neighboring country. 'In light of the rapidly changing political landscape in Bangladesh, today's all-party meeting holds great importance. The collective decision to support the government's stance is deemed appropriate and essential,' she stated.
Bangladesh has been plunged into political uncertainty following extraordinary street protests demanding changes in the job quota system, leading Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to resign and flee.
