From the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), led by Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, Rajesh Vitekar and Shivajirao Garje have been chosen.

The Congress has renominated Pradyna Satav, while the NCP's splinter group, the NCP (SP), is supporting Peasants and Workers' Party leader Jayant Patil, who is a sitting MLC.
