Gang Leader and Associates Surrender in Jharkhand
A gang leader wanted for numerous crimes and carrying a significant bounty has surrendered with two accomplices in Jharkhand, enabling the police to seize firearms and ammunition.

In a significant development, the leader of the notorious 'Jhangur' gang, Ramdev Oraon, along with two associates, turned themselves in to the authorities in Jharkhand. Oraon was wanted in relation to 29 criminal activities and had a Rs 5 lakh bounty on his head.
The surrender took place on Saturday night, involving two gang members identified as Prasad Oraon and Subas Oraon, both from Gumla district. As a result of the information provided by the trio, the police successfully confiscated two automatic firearms, including an SLR rifle, alongside 45 cartridges and two magazines.
