Court Holds Decision on Controversial TCS Unit Case
A court reserved its verdict on bail applications for six individuals accused of sexual harassment and forced conversion at a local TCS unit. The decision will be announced on Friday, following arguments from both defense and prosecution. Nine FIRs are being investigated in this case by Nashik Police.

A court reserved its decision on Wednesday regarding the bail applications of six defendants in a case involving allegations of sexual harassment and forced conversion at a TCS unit. Both the defense and the prosecution presented their arguments.
The orders will be announced on Friday. Special prosecutor Ajay Misar opposed the bail applications, while government lawyer Advocate Vijay Gaikwad confirmed that the court would issue its orders on May 15.
A Special Investigation Team of Nashik Police is currently examining nine FIRs connected to the case, which includes claims of sexual exploitation, attempted forced conversion, molestation, mental harassment, and the hurting of religious sentiments.
