Pandav Kumar, a food delivery agent, was with his friend Krishan when Delhi Police head constable Neeraj allegedly fired upon them, as per the family's allegations. Neeraj reportedly lives across from the crime scene. Despite police statements indicating an ongoing investigation, no confirmations of Neeraj’s employment status have been released.
