West Bengal Man Sentenced to Life for Gruesome Murder in Kesavadasapuram

A dramatic scene unfolded in Kesavadasapuram on Saturday as the court sentenced Adam Ali to life imprisonment for the brutal murder of an elderly woman.
The court found Ali, a 25-year-old from West Bengal, guilty of multiple charges, including murder and attempted robbery, and imposed a fine of Rs 90,000.
Despite trying to escape the courtroom after his conviction, Ali was apprehended by police and lawyers before being transferred to Thiruvananthapuram Central Jail. The prosecution revealed that Ali fatally attacked 68-year-old Manorama during a robbery attempt in August 2022.
