Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta urged government officials on Friday to constantly update their skills with the latest technology and techniques to improve their efficiency and ability to address public issues sensitively.
During a two-day training program for Tehsildars and Sub Registrars of the Revenue Department, Gupta highlighted the significance of training for both officials and political leaders, stating that it is essential for effective governance.
She announced new directives for training senior officers, emphasizing the necessity of equipping them with advanced systems to enhance governance and public grievance redressal. Emphasizing the role of sensitivity, Gupta called on officials to maintain a strong connection with the public to better resolve problems.
