In a significant ruling, the Court of Additional Session Judge Ashwani Kumar handed down a three-year rigorous imprisonment sentence to a man for a grave offense.
Arjun, a resident of Deoria district in Uttar Pradesh, has been found guilty of sodomising an eight-year-old boy. The appalling incident took place on June 30, 2021, in the Bajghera police station area.
Based on evidence and witness accounts, the court also imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 on Arjun, underscoring the severity of the crime as Gurugram Police confirmed the judgment.
