The Judicial Magistrate First Class at Ausa, P P Awate, delivered the judgment on Wednesday, further directing the convicts to compensate the victim Rs 2,000 for medical expenses. This verdict underscores the legal consequences of such acts of violence.
Identified as residents of Yakatpur in the Ausa tehsil, Vijaykumar Yadavrao Inje, Dilip Yadavrao Inje, Mukind Dilip Inje, and Dnyaneshwar Vijaykumar Inje, faced charges under IPC sections including 325, 504, and 506. Their sentencing reflects the magistrate's commitment to uphold justice for the assaulted woman.
