According to Additional District Government Counsel Hariom Prakash Saini, Additional District Judge II Nirbhay Narayan Rai dismissed the interim bail plea after considering arguments presented in court. Ali's attorney argued for his temporary release, but the prosecution highlighted severe charges involving violence and property damage.

Ultimately, the court decided against granting interim bail, emphasizing the gravity of the accusations. Meanwhile, Ali remains in custody following his March 23 arrest.
