RJD president Lalu Prasad, his wife Rabri Devi, and their son Tejashvi Yadav have strongly rejected corruption accusations brought against them by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), involving alleged misconduct in the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) operations.

The trio appeared before Special Judge Vishal Gogne and argued against the framing of charges, which include criminal conspiracy, cheating, and corruption. They contended that the CBI lacks sufficient evidence for prosecution.

The CBI's chargesheet claims misconduct in hotel contracts between 2004 and 2014, involving BNR hotels transferred to IRCTC and leased to a private firm. Court proceedings will continue Wednesday as Judge Gogne awaits further hearings.
